Our Mission is to provide “at risk job seekers” a range of specialized services designed to educate, provide direction, counseling, and to empower individuals and their families. We will purposefully achieve this by offering social services that provide life and career enhancement for the greater good of our communities and its citizens.
BTC is a service providing organization that advocates for clients to achieve their individual desired goals.
We achieve this through the training and social services we provide often to at risk job seekers including ex-offenders.
We will service our clients with a “human touch” treating them with respect, empathy and compassion and not as just another number. We will accomplish this through getting to know our clients on a one on one basis thus allowing us the opportunity to assist them in designing their personal roadmap in how to achieve their desired goals.
Our culture will promote the “common good” of the citizens, communities and the industry that we serve.
Building Blocks Beyond Barriers
