MISSION STATEMENT: Our Mission is to provide “at risk job seekers” a range of specialized services designed to educate, provide direction, counseling, and to empower individuals and their families. We will purposefully achieve this by offering social services that provide life and career enhancement for the greater good of our communities and its citizens.

BTC offers services and programs that represent a systematic approach to success for our clients both personally and professionally.

Utilizing an established network of resources, BTC is able to assess client needs and create personal, career and educational action plans that include social services referrals to partnering agencies, assistance in furthering education, emergency transitional services, life skills coaching as well as career training and job placement.

The BTC Team consists of seasoned professionals that represent a diversity of ideas and experience which allows our organization to be more effective for our clients. Our staff consists of employees and volunteers that are well versed in Health and Human Services, Education, Training Facilitation, Administrative Management, Marketing, Legal Support and Job Placement. The goal is to give individuals the information and tools they need, show them how to apply those tools, and support them through the process.

 

WHO DO WE HELP

BTC Building Brighter Futures provides life and career enhancement services for at risk job seekers including ex-offenders, veterans, homeless persons, persons with a history of substance and alcohol abuse, undereducated, unemployed, juveniles, persons with HIV/AIDS, poverty stricken, challenged credit, and anyone with a desire to make positive changes in their life and career choices.
